Fibre optic patchcords are sections of access cable terminated with fibre optic connectors on both sides. They are mainly used to connect two points in a fibre-optic network over short distances. They are available in simplex and duplex versions with various current connectors to meet the standards of a given fibre-optic network.

ConnLink SILVER - a brand of selected group of fibre optic components meeting basic international standards, characterized by good optical properties and transmission parameters. The use of LSZH coating material ensures a very low level of smoke and toxic fumes when burned.

ConnLink patchcords come in 3 single-mode fibre standards:
- G.652D with a minimum bending radius of 30mm
- G.657A2 with a minimum bending radius of 7.5mm
- G.657B3 with a minimum bending radius of 5mm

Depending on the configuration, all fibres have been protected with a high-quality LSZH lagging. The use of halogen-free LSZH coating ensures very low levels of smoke and toxic fumes when burned. Our patchcords have undergone meticulous quality control to ensure many years of service-free use.

The graphic below shows the bending radius of a fibre depending on its standard. Unlike the multimode standard, single-mode optical fibres have no restrictions on distance or transmission speed.

We also offer fibre optic cables internally reinforced with steel tape, which, thanks to their high strength parameters, are ideal for demanding installation conditions. It is possible to produce patchcord of any length (max 2000m) and any configuration of connectors. It is possible to produce a patchcord of any length (max 1000m) and any configuration of connectors. All the connection elements presented below can be made in SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM class. The GOLD class is characterized by better transmission properties compared to the standard SILVER class, while the PLATINUM class currently offers the best parameters available on the market.
