Adapter ConnLink MPO, SM, Type A (Key-Up to Key-Down)

Adapter ConnLink MPO, SM, Type B (Key-Up to Key-Down) – high quality fibre optic adapter of the renowned ConnLink brand.

The adapter allows male (with pins) MPO/MTP fibre optic connectors to be connected to female (with pin holes).

With these adapters you can make connections between the different MPO/MTP cables/connectors. Two different adapter variants are offered here, the Key-Up to Key-Up (KUU) variant and the Key-Up to Key-Down (KUD) variant. The adapters Key-Up to Key-Down (KUD) connect fibre 1 with fibre 1 of the continuing cable. There is no rotation of the fibres. In the Key-Up to Key-Up (KUU) version, fibre 1 of the incoming cable is connected to fibre 12 of the continuing cable. Therefore a rotation takes place over all fibres. If 24 fibre cables are used, fibre 1 is connected to fibre 12 and fibre 13 to fibre 24.
