Tracom FTTX MDU G16-24S (2x PG+uncut port) - box-type fibre optic splice closure equipped with 4 + 16 inlet/outlet ports. This type of splice closure is used to protect fibre optic cable strands and branching applications. The casing is made of high quality material resistant to UV radiation, low (-40°C) and high (+60°C) temperature, and chemical substances, making the splice closure suitable for aerial, duct and underground installations. It has IP65 protection. MDU G16 has been designed to make its installation simple and efficient, while offering a proven fibre management system. All metal parts of the splice closure are made of corrosion-resistant materials.

The design of the splice closure provides space for 24 adapters in SC Simplex size, which in combination with 16 client cable inlet/outlet ports can significantly improve and shorten installation time. Additionally, the splice closure has been equipped with 2 places for Steel splitters (1x2, 1x4, 1x8) and one place for 1x16 Steel splitter. The design of the product resembles Tracom FTTX DAC series, which makes it extremely resistant to moisture.
