Head/block for Jetting V2 (10-CD8-16mm)

The head performs the function of centering and stabilizing the microduct using sharp mounting edges, and is also responsible for sealing the compressed air inlet channel and securing the blown cable using seals. It consists of a two-piece aluminum construction, equipped with a replaceable O-ring seal of the air chamber inlet, a string seal of the chamber, and a place for cable seals (sold separately). The head is mounted to the V2 blowing machine using a clamping lever that enables quick replacement.

For proper operation, one head matched to a specific microduct/microcable pair is required. Additional configurations can be purchased immediately or later, depending on needs. Changing the configuration of the blowing machine involves replacing either the cable seal itself or the seal together with the head with another one.
