Complaints and Returns
The desire to withdraw from the contract should be reported by sending a completed form via email to the address - [email protected] or by including it with the shipment.
The returned/claimed goods should be sent to our complaint department at the following address:

A return of goods purchased from our store can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must not show any signs of use. The assessment of the complaint/return will occur promptly upon receiving the shipment from the customer (not longer than 30 days), and the response will be sent to the address provided by the customer.
