Huawei WA8021V5, AC1200 WiFi 5, 3xGE ports
Huawei WA8021V5 is a device that acts as both a wireless router and a signal booster (repeater). It supports simultaneous WiFi transmission in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, in accordance with the WiFi 5 standard. In the 2.4 GHz band, it supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols, and in the 5 GHz band, it supports IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac protocols. The theoretical maximum speeds are 300 Mbps and 867 Mbps, respectively. The device is equipped with three Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps) that can function as WAN or LAN, depending on the configuration. Four omnidirectional antennas with a gain of 2 dBi are installed inside.
In router mode, the device functions as a classic wireless router. The signal can be connected to any Ethernet port, and the connection is automatically recognized. The WA8021V5 creates its own WiFi network, allowing you to connect to it later. In signal booster mode, the device extends the range of your existing wireless network. All Ethernet ports then function as LAN ports. The WA8021V5 supports 802.11 k/v roaming and enables operation in a Mesh architecture.
