OptecLink SFP PORT 12S-MC-1FX1FX-10G media converters, 2xSFP+ provide conversion of the optical signal into an electrical signal and back into an optical signal. Thanks to this solution, they can be used for signal conversion: single-mode to multimode, DUAL two-fiber transmission to single-fiber WDM, as well as signal extension (active regeneration) by using the converter as an amplifier. They are characterized by excellent technical parameters, modern design and low failure rate.

The devices operate in compliance with the IEEE 802.3an (10GBase-T) and IEEE 802.3ae (10GBase-SR/LR/ER/ZR) standards. The converter is equipped with 2 SFP+ ports. Additionally, OptecLink media converters operate according to the Plug&Play principle, while the colored LED indicators located on the front continuously provide information about the operation of the device.
