The MAX K45S is the smallest and lightest pneumatic piercing tool in the MAX series, designed for precise underground installations in areas with limited working space. Despite its compact dimensions, the machine delivers high performance and features a unique pneumatic forward/reverse control system that distinguishes it from all other machines of this type available on the market.

Thanks to the pneumatic FORWARD/REVERSE switching system operated directly from the control station, the operator can retract the machine at any time without requiring access to its rear section. This solution is particularly important when working with small-diameter piercing tools, where soil collapse and borehole closure often occur after the tool passes through the ground. In conventional machines with manual reversing systems, this may prevent the machine from being retrieved. The system used in the MAX K45S eliminates this problem, ensuring full control of the machine even in challenging ground conditions.
