MAX K65S Pneumatic Piercing Tool

The MAX K65KS is a compact, shortened-design trenchless piercing machine engineered for underground installation works in environments with very limited working space. Compared to the standard K65 model, this unit features a significantly reduced length, allowing for successful bore installations even where preparing a full-size старт pit is impossible or uneconomical.

With a 65 mm diameter and a weight of just 14.7 kg, the MAX K65KS is easy to transport and handle, while still maintaining high efficiency and operational reliability. However, due to its shortened construction, slightly reduced steering accuracy may occur over longer distances and in more demanding ground conditions compared to full-length machines. For this reason, the model is primarily recommended for short-distance bores in confined-access locations.

As with all TERMA piercing machines, the MAX K65KS is equipped with a unique pneumatic reverse-direction system, allowing quick switching between forward and reverse motion without the need to extract the machine from the ground. Additionally, the cylinder, striker, and control sleeve have been nitrided, significantly increasing resistance to wear and corrosion and extending service life.

Low compressed air consumption and cost-efficient operation based on durable sliding elements (PTFE/teflon components) make the MAX K65KS an excellent choice for companies performing water, gas, power, and telecommunications connections.
