The MikroTik CCR2116-12G-4S+ is a high-performance carrier-grade router designed for the most demanding networking environments. Powered by a modern 16-core 64-bit ARM Amazon Annapurna Labs AL73400 processor clocked at 2 GHz and running RouterOS v7, it delivers outstanding routing performance, dynamic protocol support, and advanced security capabilities. The CCR2116-12G-4S+ sets a new performance benchmark in the Cloud Core Router family. Thanks to its powerful 16-core CPU, it delivers up to twice the performance of the previous CCR1036 model equipped with a 36-core processor. The significantly higher single-core performance makes it exceptionally efficient in handling connection-intensive tasks such as:
