Fibre optic splice closure Tracom FTTX ODU BLACK 4IN-9S  is a box-type fibre optic splice closure equipped with 4 Φ9mm inlet ports and 9 Φ3mm ports. This type of splice closure is used to protect fibre optic cable strands and branching applications. The case is made of high quality plastic material resistant to UV radiation, low (-40°C) and high (+60°C) temperature and chemicals which makes it suitable for aerial, duct and underground installation.  It has IP65 protection. It is designed to be uncomplicated to install. At the same time, it offers a proven fibre management system. All metal parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The splice closure has a split box, adapted to accomodate 9 SC Simplex/LC Duplex adapters and 1×8 SC/1×16 LC Steel splitter, which in combination with 9 outlet ports for client cables can significantly improve and shorten installation time.
