Fibre optic splice closure Tycon 450 B4-D-000 144J-06xE M8-B29 - based on the design of the proven and popular Tycon 450 B4 (144F: Ex6) fibre optic splice closure. This product is distinguished from its precedenssor by mechanical system of sealing ports - by rubber bands that are included in the set (see picture).
This type of splice closure is used to protect splices of fibre optic cables and branching applications. The casing is made of high quality plastic resistant to UV radiation, low (-40°C) and high (+60°C) temperatures, and chemicals, which makes it suitable for aerial, duct and underground installations. It has IP68 protection rating. It is designed for uncomplicated and efficient installation. All metal elements of the splice closure are made of corrosion resistant materials. Equipped with an earth conduit and a valve installed in the splice closure dome for pressure control. The organisation of fibres is facilitated by fibre optic trays, which can be purchased separately, so that the customer can decide for himself whether he needs them at all and in what quantity.
