The blade is made of high-grade tungsten steel (with a tungsten content close to 90%), which provides exceptional hardness (up to 92 HRA) and excellent wear resistance. The precisely engineered cutting surface enables a cleaving angle of ≤ 0.5°, ensuring smooth and even fiber end faces.

The blade features 24 rotating cutting positions, each capable of up to 2,000 cuts, resulting in a total lifespan of up to 48,000 cleaves. This allows for long-term use without the need for frequent replacement.

Its design ensures fast and clean cutting, while the perfectly finished edge (free of irregularities) enhances precision. Additionally, the specially designed packaging with a locking system and guide prevents blade movement during transport, protecting it from damage.
