OPTIX cable ADSS-XOTKtsdD AC105 12x9/125 1T12F ITU-T G.652D 2.7kN (SPAN 50m)

OPTIX ADSS-XOTKtsdD AC105 (ADSS) Aramid yarns: lightweight multi-tube construction, high flexibility and dragging resistance, central strengthening element (FRP rod 2.1-6.0mm), gel and water blocking construction (WB), moisture absorbing fibres / damp-proof tape, reinforced with aramid fibres (carrier element in aerial systems), fully dielectric, HDPE coating resistant to UV radiation, temperature range from -40°C… + 70°C, equivalent: ADSS-XOTKtsdD. Maximum tension strength: 2 700N. 

All fibres and tubes of the cable are color coded according to the eia/tia-598 coding standard. Each tube containing up to 24 optical fibres is filled with hydrophobic gel to protect the fibres from moisture and vibration. The cable centre is protected against water penetration with moisture absorbing fibres or damp-proof tape. The cable tubes and filling elements are twisted around the central strengthening element - the FRP rod 2.1-6.0mm. Two threads embedded into the sheath are used to facilitate the removal of the cable outer sheath (ripcord). The cables are intended for aerial installation on spans up to 50m (for 2.7kN) and in primary and secondary telecommunication ducts using pneumatic (blowing) and mechanical (pulling) methods.
