Explanation of the markers printed on OPTIX cables
OPTIX Vertical W-NOTKSd 1.0kN, 12-288J - an easy access cable designed for vertical structural cabling installation in multi-apartment and office buildings. A special construction of the cable centre consisting of micro modules with a diameter of 1.0-2.4mm in the form of loose tubes in the LSZH color coding containing 6-24 optical fibres with a diameter of 0.25mm in the colored sheath. It enables a very easy access to the fibres through the so-called window cutting in the sheath with the possibility of pulling out micro modules with optical fibres at a distance of up to 25m.
The cables are available in the construction from 12 to 288 fibres. All cable fibres are color coded according to the EIA/TIA598 coding standard. The used G.657A2 fibres additionally allow to reduce the bending radius (up to 7,5mm).
