Cable Blowing Lubricant S LUB 20 5L

S LUB 20 5L cable blowing lubricant is a specialized lubricant designed for the installation of fiber optic cables using the blowing and pulling-out method. The product has been developed for the installation of mini cables, micro cables, and microduct bundles, effectively reducing friction between the cable and the protective duct. This enables faster, easier, and safer installation, even over long distances.

The lubricant is a white, viscous water- and polymer-based emulsion that provides excellent lubricating properties and ensures even distribution during operation. S LUB 20 is recommended for use in ducts with an internal diameter of 20 to 50 mm, both during the construction of new fiber optic networks and the modernization of existing infrastructure.

The product is non-toxic, non-flammable, and fully biodegradable, making it safe for both users and the natural environment.

Application method

The lubricant can be applied in several ways:

• Fill the lubricant reservoir of the cable blowing machine

• Apply directly onto the cable during installation

• Coat the inside of the duct or microduct before starting the blowing process

Shake the container thoroughly before use.

Recommended consumption:

• 50 ml / 1000 m of cable in a duct with a diameter of 20 mm

• 100 ml / 1000 m of cable in a duct with a diameter of 50 mm.
