Fiber Optic Cabinet SUS-PH-108-SC/E2-6K9-IP54
The SUS-PH-108-SC/E2-6K9-IP54 Fiber Optic Cabinet is a robust distribution cabinet designed for the construction, expansion, and modernization of outdoor FTTx fiber optic networks. It enables the termination and distribution of up to 108 subscriber lines, providing high functionality, security, and convenient service access. Thanks to its durable enclosure with IP54 ingress protection and IK10 mechanical impact resistance, it performs reliably even in demanding outdoor environments.
The enclosure is manufactured from glass fiber reinforced thermoset polyester combined with RAL7035 powder-coated steel components, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and mechanical damage. The cabinet is designed as a direct replacement for traditional copper distribution cabinets, making it an ideal solution for upgrading existing infrastructure and deploying modern hybrid fiber networks.
The SUS-PH-108-SC/E2-6K9-IP54 features 12 patching fields, allowing installation of up to 108 SC/E2 simplex adapters or LC duplex adapters. The design accommodates up to 6 SK-24-FCA fiber splice trays, each with a capacity of 24 splices, as well as up to 8 BlackBox optical splitters. The interior also provides dedicated space for excess microduct cables, protective conduits with subscriber cable tubes, and organized routing for splitter outputs.
One of the cabinet's greatest advantages is its removable insert, allowing fiber splicing to be performed outside the enclosure, for example inside a service vehicle. This significantly improves installer comfort and reduces installation time. In addition, a dedicated maintenance position simplifies field servicing, while the integrated ventilation system effectively minimizes moisture condensation inside the cabinet.
The cabinet is equipped with a three-point locking system with a system lock, ensuring a high level of protection for telecommunications infrastructure. The design also allows the front door to be replaced without replacing the entire enclosure.
The standard package includes cable ties, a complete set of protective conduits, hook-and-loop straps, a combined brush cable entry, and a thermoset foundation. This configuration is supplied without fiber splice trays, allowing the equipment to be customized according to the specific project requirements.
