The SUS-PH-144-SC/E2-K00-IP54 Fiber Optic Cabinet is a professional outdoor distribution cabinet designed for the deployment and expansion of modern FTTx fiber optic networks. With support for up to 144 subscriber connections and a robust IP54 ingress protection rating combined with IK10 mechanical resistance, it provides reliable organization and protection of fiber optic infrastructure in demanding outdoor environments.

The enclosure is manufactured from glass fiber reinforced thermoset polyester with powder-coated steel components finished in RAL7035, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and mechanical damage. The cabinet is designed to replace traditional copper distribution pillars, making it an ideal solution for modernizing existing copper networks and building hybrid fiber infrastructures.

The SUS-PH-144-SC/E2-K00-IP54 supports the installation of 144 SC/E2 simplex or LC duplex adapters arranged across 12 patching fields. Inside, there is space for up to 8 SK-24-FCA fiber splice trays, each accommodating 24 fusion splices, as well as the installation of up to 8 BlackBox optical splitters. Additional space is provided for storing microcable slack, protective conduits, and splitter output fibers, ensuring neat and efficient cable management.

A major advantage of the design is the removable insert, allowing fiber splicing to be performed outside the cabinet in a more comfortable environment, such as inside a service vehicle. A dedicated installation position further improves field servicing, while the integrated ventilation system minimizes condensation inside the enclosure.

The cabinet features a three-point locking system with a system lock, providing a high level of security while ensuring convenient maintenance access. The design also allows the front door to be replaced without changing the entire enclosure.

The standard package includes cable ties, a complete set of protective conduits, hook-and-loop fastening straps, a combined brush cable entry, and a thermoset foundation. In this configuration, the cabinet is supplied without fiber splice trays, allowing the equipment to be customized according to specific project requirements.
