Fiber Optic Cabinet SUS-PH-48-3K9Z-IP54-BN-12

The SUS-PH-48-3K9Z-IP54-BN-12 fiber optic cabinet is an outdoor distribution point designed for the construction and modernization of FTTH fiber optic networks and hybrid networks. The design has been developed for installation in locations previously occupied by copper network cabinets, providing convenient optical path organization, high mechanical resistance, and comfortable field installation and maintenance work.

Inside the enclosure there are 48 subscriber patching fields and space for installation of up to 4 fiber optic splice trays with a capacity of 24 splices each. Dedicated mounting areas also allow installation of up to 5 BlackBox couplers together with properly arranged cable slack storage space.

The well-thought-out design enables the insert to be pulled out from the cabinet, allowing convenient fiber optic splicing operations, for example inside a service vehicle. Additionally, the enclosure is equipped with dedicated space for microcable slack, corrugated conduits, and subscriber cable tubes, simplifying installation organization and future network expansion.

The enclosure is made of thermoset polyester reinforced with fiberglass and steel elements coated in RAL7035 color. The cabinet meets IP54 ingress protection and IK10 mechanical resistance standards, ensuring reliable operation in demanding outdoor environments. The ventilation system effectively reduces water vapor condensation, while the three-point locking system with a 1333 system lock provides a high level of security.

The SUS-PH-48-3K9Z-IP54-BN-12 model is equipped with 3 hinged fiber optic splice trays with covers, a combined brush cable entry, and a thermoset foundation. The set also includes cable ties, a complete conduit set, and hook-and-loop straps for convenient cable management.
