The Signal Fire AI-9 is a modern fiber fusion splicer designed for the construction, maintenance, and servicing of FTTH, FTTB, telecommunications, and industrial fiber-optic networks. Thanks to its industrial quad-core processor, core-and-cladding alignment technology, and six-centering-motor system, the device delivers exceptional splicing speed and precision.

The AI-9 model features a built-in VFL fault locator and an OPM optical power meter, enabling quick fiber diagnostics and connection quality assessment without additional measuring equipment. The average splice time is only 5 seconds, while heat-shrink sleeve shrinking takes approximately 15 seconds, significantly accelerating installation work.

A large 5.1-inch color TFT display with 800 × 480 resolution offers brightness adjustment and up to 300× fiber image magnification, enabling highly accurate observation of the splicing process. The Auto Focus function further improves working comfort and precision.

The robust housing made from high-quality metal alloys used in the aerospace industry ensures durability under intensive field use. Built-in LED lighting facilitates work in low-light conditions, and the 7800 mAh lithium-ion battery allows hundreds of splices on a single charge. Additionally, the USB port enables charging of phones or other mobile devices.
