Ubiquiti USW-PRO-MAX-16-POE switch 12x GE 4x 2.5GE

Ubiquiti USW-Pro-Max-16-PoE is a 16-port Layer 3 managed switch designed for building high-performance and scalable Ethernet networks in businesses, server rooms, surveillance installations, and infrastructures using PoE devices. The switch offers 12 GbE RJ45 PoE+ ports and 4 2.5 GbE RJ45 PoE++ ports, providing flexibility for connecting both standard network devices and access points, cameras, or other devices requiring higher bandwidth and power. The total PoE power budget is 180 W.

The device is also equipped with 2 10G SFP+ ports, enabling high-speed uplinks and integration of the switch with higher-performance fiber-optic infrastructure. Switching capacity is 84 Gbps, while non-blocking throughput is 42 Gbps, with a packet forwarding rate of up to 62 Mpps.

One of the model's distinctive features is Etherlighting™ – illumination of the Ethernet and SFP+ ports that makes it easier to identify the port, its speed and connection status, as well as the assigned native VLAN. The switch supports Layer 3 features, including inter-VLAN routing, static routing, a local DHCP server, and DHCP Relay, as well as numerous mechanisms for improving network security and traffic control.

The USW-Pro-Max-16-PoE supports, among others, LACP, STP/RSTP, QoS, IGMP Snooping, 802.1X, ACL, port isolation, DHCP Snooping, Storm Control, and Port Mirroring. The device also features Pro AV profiles designed for use with solutions such as Dante, Q-SYS, NDI, SDVoE, Shure, and AES67.

The switch can be installed on a desktop, on a wall, or in a 1U rack cabinet. The design allows operation at temperatures from -5 to 40°C, while the use of an external 210 W power supply allows a maximum power consumption of up to 210 W, including power supplied to PoE devices.
