Tracom FTTX ODU 2S is a splice distribution box equipped with 3 cable entry/exit ports. This type of splice distribution box is used for the protection of fiber optic cable splices and branching applications. It is designed for wall-mounted installation in both indoor and outdoor environments and is mainly used in FTTH and FTTB projects. It has been designed to ensure simple and efficient installation while offering a proven fiber optic cable management system. It allows the installation of 2 SC Simplex adapters (or LC Duplex adapters respectively) and the organization of up to 8 splices in 1 fiber optic splice tray (with splice protectors arranged in double layers). The ODU-2S is equipped with guides, hooks, adjustable holders for cables and tubes, and a single-point key lock. It is made of high-quality plastic and mechanically sealed. It has an IP65 protection rating. All metal components are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
