BDJ Mini Counter blowing machine, cables 0.7–10.0 mm, microducts 5–16 mm, up to 1000 m - Blowing machine dedicated to the construction of FTTH last-mile networks. It supports cables with diameters from 0.7 mm to 10.0 mm and microducts from 5 mm to 16 mm. Depending on the route layout and cable stiffness, it allows blowing sections up to 1000 m. The machine is simple to operate and does not require any special skills. Reconfiguring the device for a different cable diameter takes only a few dozen seconds.

The blowing machine is additionally equipped with a mechanical length counter, which allows reading the length of the installed cable. A version with either a mechanical or electronic counter is available.

BDJ Mini is powered by a cordless drill. Using the drill’s overload clutch, the desired force of the roller feeder can be precisely adjusted. The machine is supplied as standard in a robust wooden-aluminium transport case.

BDJ Mini Blue Dragon Jet blowing machines are equipped with CPS technology and Dragon Jaws.
CPS (cable protection system) is a unique system protecting the cable through precise guidance of the moving feeder part.
Dragon Jaws are specially designed clamping ferrules for microducts. Properly profiled sharp teeth ensure secure fixing of ducts without reducing the microduct’s internal diameter.
