Bundle of DB fibre optic microducts 19x14/10; 0.75 orange

The DB 19x7/4; 0.75 orange fiber optic microduct bundle is a modern solution designed for the construction of microduct systems and fiber optic microduct pipelines. The microducts are made of high-quality HDPE (PE80) polyethylene with a wall thickness of 0.75 mm. Their inner surface is equipped with a special low-friction layer that significantly reduces the friction coefficient (<0.1), enabling fast and efficient blowing of fiber optic microcables over long distances. This solution allows easy installation of new cables, replacement of existing connections, fault removal, and expansion of infrastructure without the need for additional excavation works.

Thanks to its compact design, the DB bundle is intended for direct underground installation, providing space savings, reduced transportation and storage costs, and shorter installation time compared to traditional systems based on individual duct pipes. Combining multiple microducts into a single element enables the simultaneous installation of several independent fiber optic routes while maintaining high infrastructure organization.

The product features high mechanical strength, resistance to internal pressure of minimum 15 bar, and increased impact and compression resistance. Permanent color markings and identification prints applied every 1 meter on each microduct allow quick channel recognition during installation and later network operation.
