RJ11 plug
The RJ-11 plug is one of the most commonly used connectors in telephone and telecommunications installations. It is designed for terminating cables connecting devices such as landline telephones, modems, ADSL routers, or fax machines to subscriber sockets. Thanks to its simple design and wide compatibility, it is a fundamental component of telecommunications infrastructure in homes, offices, and PBX systems.
The connector features a 6P4C design (6 positions, 4 contacts), although in standard telephone connections the middle pins are typically used. The housing is made of durable polycarbonate, ensuring mechanical resistance, while contacts made of gold-plated phosphor bronze provide a stable connection and good signal conductivity.
The RJ-11 plug is intended for flat, stranded cables, which makes installation easier and ensures flexibility in various applications. The lack of shielding makes it best suited for standard environments with low levels of interference.
The product is used not only in traditional telephone networks but also in alarm systems, monitoring systems, and other low-voltage installations where reliable and fast connections are required.
