MAX K180S Pneumatic Piercing Tool

The MAX K180S is a high-performance pneumatic piercing machine designed for trenchless underground installations using larger-diameter pipes. The model was developed in response to growing market demand for the installation of pipes with diameters of 160 mm and above, commonly used in water supply, gas, power, and telecommunications networks.

The machine enables direct pulling of PE and PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 140 mm to 160 mm and, when equipped with additional accessories, can also install pipes up to 225 mm in diameter. Thanks to its high impact energy and robust construction, the MAX K180S is also ideal for driving steel casing pipes with diameters of up to 406 mm.

Like other machines in the MAX K series, the K180S is equipped with a pneumatically controlled reverse function, operated by a convenient lever located on the lubricator. This solution improves operator comfort and allows quick response to changing ground conditions. Additional advantages include low compressed air consumption, high boring accuracy, and compatibility with accessories used with the MAX K130S and MAX K160S models.
