The Signal Fire AI-30 is an advanced fourth-generation fiber fusion splicer designed for installers and maintenance technicians working with telecommunications networks, FTTH deployments, LAN infrastructures, and optical fiber systems. The device utilizes a modern fiber alignment system with core or cladding alignment and six precision positioning motors, ensuring extremely low splice loss and highly repeatable splicing results.

The AI-30 is equipped with a high-performance processor, advanced image-processing algorithms, and high-resolution cameras that enable exceptionally accurate fiber core recognition and alignment. The splicer completes a splice in approximately 6 seconds, while the heat-shrink protection sleeve heating process takes about 15 seconds, significantly increasing installation efficiency.

A large 5-inch touchscreen LCD display and image magnification of up to 320× provide convenient fiber observation during splicing. Additional integrated features include a Visual Fault Locator (VFL) and an Optical Power Meter (OPM), allowing basic network diagnostics without the need for additional test equipment.

The most distinctive feature of this kit is the integrated automatic fiber cleaver, which streamlines fiber preparation, improves user comfort, and reduces installation time.
