Extreme Networks Summit 8730-32D-AC-F (2xAC) is a high-performance Data Center switch designed for modern data centers, cloud environments, AI infrastructure, HPC (High Performance Computing), and enterprise networks that require maximum bandwidth and reliability. Equipped with 32 QSFP-DD 40/100/400 Gb/s ports, it delivers multi-terabit switching capacity, enabling the deployment of high-performance Spine-Leaf architectures and scalable next-generation Ethernet networks.

The switch runs on Extreme ONE OS, a modern cloud-native operating system based on a microservices architecture. It provides high service availability, supports in-service software upgrades without network downtime, and enables extensive automation through REST API, NETCONF/RESTCONF, OpenConfig, Python, and gNMI.

The 8730-32D-AC-F comes factory-equipped with two redundant 1600 W AC power supplies and seven Front-to-Back airflow fan modules, ensuring maximum reliability and efficient cooling even under full system load. Its hardware design is optimized for energy efficiency and maximum rack space utilization.
