Fibre blowing mobile platform SPARK-T1

Fibre optic cable blowing is gaining in popularity, although it is still sometimes seen as a resource-intensive process involving significant equipment and human resources. It is considered complex, time-consuming and logistically demanding. With the modern solution of the SPARK-T1 mobile multifunctional trailer, it is possible to simplify the process considerably, saving both time and money. This trailer is available from xbest.pl, both for purchase and rent.

A B+E driving licence is required for its transport within Poland.

The set includes:
1) The KAESER M17A compressor is equipped with a 15.5 kW HONDA GX 630 engine, enabling an operating pressure of 15 bar, which translates into trouble-free blowing of most microcables over long distances.
2) An air dryer designed to cool compressed air, which, in addition to lowering its temperature, allows moisture and other undesirable substances such as oil mist to be removed from the air.
3) A pneumatic installation which, in addition to supplying the fibre blower, allows small pneumatic tools (e.g. impact spanners, etc.) to be connected to it.
4) An automatic cable drum trolley with feeder, allowing the loading of a drum with a maximum weight of 1,000kg and up to 160cm high and 120cm wide, directly from ground level, in a few minutes, without the need for additional equipment (such as a forklift truck). This functional mechanism eliminates the need for manual feeding of cables, which significantly streamlines the process.

The fibre optic cable blower is not part of the kit with the trailer, the device must be purchased separately - also available from xbest.pl. Additionally, we offer the possibility of renting the fibre optic cable blower.

Additional facilities:
- Fuel filler accessible from the outside of the trailer, so the whole thing can be easily refuelled without having to open the kit at the petrol station. 
- Fitted exhaust system to the outside of the trailer for comfort and safety.

The whole set is equipped with folding supports, immobilising the set for the duration of the work. All components are made of materials resistant to harmful external conditions causing, for example, corrosion on metal parts.
